ABOUT US
Welcome to the Brawlers. Our club provides a welcoming, fun, and supportive environment for female identifying players. We are entering our third year as a club offering skills camps, learn-to-play, house league teams and competitive teams. Our goals include keeping teen girls active, building teamwork and resilience, finding coaching opportunities and a space to grow confidence.
Our Goals
Our weekly practices will be in Dartmouth gyms, close to or on bus routes for families to get to easily. Rec games are usually in Halifax. Competitive games and tournaments can range province wide. We will continue to work on:
- Consistent overhand serving
- Agility
- Ball control
- Setting
- Positions
- Hitting
- Speed and strength
- Teamwork and team dynamics

OUR COACHES
Our all female coaching group are University and senior high school students who have played club and school volleyball. They are integral to our success and a trusted group of caring and knowledgable mentors for our athletes. We allow our older players to help run house league games, try their hand in reffing, and assist with the novice athletes. The Brawlers feel that athletes can find growth, success and confidence by being kind, welcoming and patient to all. If you would like to coach with us, send us a note.
